Applications for the 41st Annual Poke Salat Festival are now open!
We have spaces for artisans, crafters, cottage license bakers, non-profit groups, civic groups, churches, school groups, business information, small businsses to showcase their products and more.

The 41st Annual Poke Salat Festival is just a few short months away and we’d like to invite you
to join us once again. We will be announcing performers and activities planned very soon.

To make the application process easier, we have several different applications to choose from.
Please read carefully and choose the one that applies to you.

There will be instructions on the paper work on how to return your application to us.
Our Vendor Coordinators will contact vendors directly when their application has been
approved for the event. Until you are contacted, you are not approved.

Applications:
Vendor Application:
If you are an artisan, crafter, retail vendor, direct sales consultant, or a business looking to give out information, please use this application.

Cottage License Application:
If you are vending baked goods, breads, jellies, candies, etc., please use this application. A copy of your Cottage License/Permit from the Board of Health is required to be returned with your application.

Nonprofit Application:
If you are with a school group or club, church group, civic group or other non-profit group, please use this application. It will give you three choices of booth spaces from providing information about your group and fundraising with sales, providing an interactive display for guests or hosting a children’s activities. The prices change with your choice, so please read carefully.

Food Court:
Our food court is full. If we have an opening become available, we invite a vendor from our waitlist.
We strive to keep our food court balanced between the vendors for the Festival and the diners and cafes in Downtown Arab, so limit the number of like products.
To be added to our wait list, please email with your concession's name, contact information and and a full menu.
Games Vendors:
Please contact pokesalat@gmail.com. Include your business name and a full description of your set up for consideration. If space is available, a games application will be emailed to you.
Submitting Applications
Except for Food Concessions and Cottage License vendors, ONLY the application page needs to be returned. Food Concessions and Cottage License vendors please read your application to see what Board of Health information you need to submit with your application.
Email: You can send a photo copy of your completed application, or the completed online form if you are able to edit the pdf file and fill in the information. Email to pokesalat@gmail.com – you will be invoiced when application is processed and approved. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or spaces will not be reserved for you. There is a $2 convenience fee added for online payments
Mail: Growing Wild Events PO Box 1251 Arab, AL 35016 – Mail your application, include a check or money order. Make checks payable to PSF.
Your payment will be returned if your application is not approved. Vendor will be wait listed if product line is filled and contacted if an opening arises.
